I send resignation by email to my management but my management immediately send termination and blame of any other employee via what's app message and not giving my 1 and half month salary, PF, gratuity etc. They neither accepted my resignation nor giving me clarence like experience letter, final payment, due salary, gratuity, bonus etc. my resignation date was 18 July 2019. but no response received from my employer. What should I do in this matter.

A.File complaint against them to the labour commissioner office

A.You can file case before labour court regards your issue they call your employer and u get the salary Pf etc in form of cheque and your fine with in one year from the date of resignation.

A.Dear Sir,
You may raise the issue with Labor Commissioner or get issue a legal notice and the file a suit for recovery of arrears of salary.

A.serve your employer with a legal notice claiming your outstanding salary, PF, Gratuity etc, along with interest,
also claim compensation on account of mental harassment, pain caused to you by the employer

A.In case of a violation of your contract, you can file a case in a civil court in Your area /city, Cases of mental harassment can be filed in the civil court as well as a criminal court.
in Your case, depends on what is there in your contract.
1) If you are employee, getting salary above 10,000 p.m, then you can NOT apply in Labour court / Industrial Tribunal
2) You have to file case in Civil Court.
You can try this first. https://labour.gov.in/lodge-your-complaint
You can file Police complaint also. But not recommended at this level.
Need to know, why the termination is? and actual your email for this
