I have done an agreement before 1 year on my property.the buyer has paid an advance of 2lac and remaing amount in 1 year .now the time is over.i have made many attempt to contact him but could not contact him. What is the legal option pls do reply

A.According to the your terms and conditions of the agreement your will need to send legal notice through lawyer immediately or cancel it

A.Agreement is for 45 days not for one year . If that is not responding for one year u can cancel and go for fresh agreement.

Just issue a legal notice and cancel the agreement forfeiting amount paid by him as he violated the terms of contact.

A.File a suit and deposit the advance amount in the Court so that the Agreement is cancelled

A.send the buyer a legal notice to perform his/her part of the contract with a warning to forfeit the advance amount if he/she fails in performing,

A.Dear Client,
If Buyer has not turned after expiration as on terms and conditions , even after your genuine or reasonable efforts . Then no need to worry, at all. However, one thing you can do , notify in one vernacular local news paper in brief giving time 15days to approach for rest processing and then even if not turning up. You can do another deal or contract to your property.
