Pocso case quashing at highcourt

Hello me nd my brother nd mother r accused in false pocso case we have filed discharge application at session court dindoshi today two years we got the judgement of rejection.now what willl be the remedy for such false case can the same b quashed from highcourt I m totally distracted now I dnt know which path to choose on this issue pls guide

A.dear client in your matter Yes file an application to the high court against such for quashing of such order.
