Case: Illegal encroachment where plaintiff has shown illegal encroached into defendants land and constructed road access through defendants land and further fraudulently submitted documents to DC office to acquire conversion certificate and panchayat for forms 9,11

Defendant is representing her case in person. Defendant has survey report of ADLR survey to prove defendants boundary. Plaintiff refuses to accept and has filed a false case against defendant that ADLR survey never happened. Defendant has submitted evidence of notice served to plaintiff by survey department and the survey report on survey which was conducted under police protection.

Defendant now wants justice and wishes for court to appoint a commissioner of the court in theso that a court ordered survey can conduct a re-survey and give justice to the defendant. What format application should defendant submit request?
Who appoints the commissioner and what is the procedure?
Does defendant pay for the commissioner, what is the cost?

Defendant wishes the job sheet to have, is the below okay?
1. Survey for boundary of RTC of plaintiff and defendant.
2. Initiate action for conversion certificate to be revoked and next forms 9,11.
