sir. i getting 64 years and i have not any income. i have been fighted against bajaj son company where i was accidented in 2008 after all i escape with as handicap. i am not eligible for pension reason for ignorance of adm of company and esi refused to provide any facility due to company not filled up accident certificate. i was made filled a case in ludhiana consumer court. hon'ble court give decision in favour of me but high court change the order and supreme court rejected bcz lapse of period. sir . apropos i was want to joined the job with fitness certificate but company refused bcz handicap again i filled a case against the company in labour court which is going on pl suggest
