Sell of land Sell of land

My father purchased 4 acre land in 1957. After his death in 1986, the land divided between me and my brother by mutual understanding. I have two daughters and no son.my elder daughter has not kept any relation with us for last 15 years. In extract of 7/12, only my name is there. I have sold 1 acre but my elder daughter has filed objection in sub magistrate office that her consent was not taken in selling the land and this contract lead to drowning of her farmer's right, so this contract is void ab initio and land should not be registered in favor of buyer.
Sir kindly tell me, can my daughter file such objection even if she has not been served notice under 135(d). What is remedy in this case.
