i am a becholar and she is a married women and she is living with her husband we both are in love... i know it is not possible to marry without divorce...please tell me any way so that we can do register without divorce and is it possible to divorce her husband without his presence and we both are muslims

A.It not possible to marry without divorce as it is bad in law as well as in theology. It would be better for you to ask your partner to seek divorce from her husband in form of khula or muba'arat. And once they agrees to the terms and condition, reduce it to writing and gett it registered as per registration act.
After that a petition for declaration has to be filed in family Court under section 7.
