Landlord asking to Vacate Landlord asking to Vacate

Hi
This Property is of Munger and we have been living there since 40+ yrs. My Aunt rented this property from a lady 40+ yrs back and since then we have been living there. We have been paying rent to the lady since then in cash. My Aunt died and then my father who has been living there along with aunt paid rent. The lady died and then the rent was paid to his son. After few yrs the son also died and my father also passed away. Rent was paid to grand son. My brother paid the rent in cash except for last 2 yrs when he paid in bank account. Meanwhile around 10 yrs back we got a room built in the premise at brother wedding and made significant renovations on his marriage. Now the lady's grandson is demanding us to vacate the premise. He has threatened with legal/police action.
Property is in the name the lady and Municipality tax has been paid by them. Municipality tax is of commercial since long because we told them we are renters.

We donot want to vacate the premise. What are our legal options.

A.Dear Sir,
You cannot be evicted without due course of law. Otherwise you may file a simple suit for injunction restraining them from dispossessing you illegally without Court orders.

A.Get an interim injunction order and also send them a legal notice demanding the payment for renovations. If they fail to pay file a recovery suit.
