Strike in Consumer Forum
There is strike going on in Consumer Forum called by local bar association. For this reason my opposite party who have hired advocate is not appearing. But I am fighting my case on my own. But it is still pending as strike is continuing from 13.08.2017 till now. What can I do under these circumstances?
1. Can i have my case transferred to State Forum
Can i file writ petition under article 227
Or tell me any reasonable action that I can take.
A.Dear Sir,
You may appear in person and ask the judge to hear you and dispose the case.
