A.There have been some recent judgements by the consumer forum whereby the shopping malls have been asked not to charge for carry bags. Recently one of the famous big name was penalized for doing and they had to pay compensation.

A.If bag has advertisement of shop name no price with free cost. If bag has no advertisement it is charge.
