How to remove witness name from criminal case if that witness is invalid?

I have issued wound certificate on the bases of case sheet, and signed for it on behalf of the senior doctor , but my name as appeared on the case as a witness, I have appeared for one hearing conveyed the same now the case is passed on to session court. I want to remove my name as it is not valid at all to give witness. How to remove please advise me .

A.An application needs to be filed through the prosecutor.

You may file an application through Prosecutor before the Trial Court or file 482 CrPC petition before High Court.

A.it is not possible whithout having very very strong reason, Hon'ble Cout must be satisfy that reason also

A.If that witness is invalid then the judgement is in your favour.

A.contact the public prosecutor and explicate him/her the whole scenario, he/she may, if satisfied, can given up you, stating "not necessary"

Since you have already signed the document taken as evidence int eh court and also have testified in the Trial Court so, it will not be possible to take your name out from the list of witness. You will have to have to strong and valid reason accpetable to the Court for allowing to purge your name as a witness.
