Car insurance claim

My car met with an accident and at that time my sister was driving the car and my father and brother they were there in the car. She has valid license . Tata aig ask me to provide MLR report but hospital don't provide me and then there investigator made a report that your father is driving the car and provide his license I have his learning license.i call the investigator to ask him how you know that who is driving car please tell me also but he didn't pick my call and tata aig branch manager stuck on that provide license and we will proceed but they are doing this from last 3 month asking unnecessary documents at regular intervals want to denied my claim I want to know should I filled the case against them or provide them license of my father
You may raise the issue with Insurance Ombudsman or get issue a legal notice and file a civil suit to recover insurance amount.
and then file a consumer case.
