Dear sir /Madam,
One guy field a case on me (that not his surye number he given different surye number (found calling for survey) in police station and field FIR (u/s section 41 A cr.pc 447,323 and 506)
1.The above said Land documents we had sent registor post to police station and taken acknowledment from SI on 1st of jully 19.
2.For the same we had taken Police station bail in Apr 19.
3.Recently we got notice from Police station dt 03/08/19 said to attend and not given timley (given in 09/09/19)
4.How can we move legally ?
5.Did we think is it as running legally ?
6.what is procedure for next step?
7.Did they will call court for next ?

A.Dear Sir,
You may challenge such criminal proceedings before the High Court and get it quashed.

A.If the notice or information of the police has reached late it is your responsibility to help the officers and ask them as to what status is of the investigation and that you have received such late letter and when should they come next.
