I appeared for a boiler inspector exam in rpsc cleared written given interview as per procedure only Mark's in interview matter my name is not in merit as having only 50 Mark's.. again for some vacancy advt published with same rule..two says back they changed the rule that written Mark's also calculated in merit ..can I challenge the result

A.you can approch to the such department and ask about it if not geting any respose from them then you can go to the court

A.You can challenge the same only when you have proper proof that such rules were changed and not informed earlier or prior to such examination, neither was it notified.
If you have such strong proofs then do consult me as to how can we move ahead legally in this matter.

A.If there is discrepancy in the procedure and marks calculation and if it has not been published then you can challenge the selection. But be sure that they have committed the mistake of not publishing the rules and arbitrarily they have done all about the selection process and criteria before you take any legal action.
