How to get legal records of my husband 's second marraige from Austria .
And his baby details which was born in 2013 at Germany.

A.Dear Friend,
Do you have passport or any other unique Identification number isssued by Austria?
Please take appointment with respective embassy in India and take it from there..
while going please take your marriage certificate and marriage and other pictures which ascertain your marriage.
meanwhile you file case in India, for RCR giving your husband address , summons can be sent to him through whatsapp also.
