I am married since 4 months. We had several trust issues due to which i decided to come back to my parental home. I was facing mental torture. Now as i am in my parents home does he have any legal power to call me back? Can he file any case ?

A.Dear Sheyash

Your husband can file RCR, Restitution of Conjugal Rights under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, it was not mentioned which religion she belong to however concept of RCR provision applicable to all religions.

you had not mentioned what exactly you need and your problem is.

As you are newly married, do not take any hasty decisions and let time heal the problem

A.Dear Sir,
The husband file a case called Restitution of Conjugal Rights but no Court will force you to join your husband. On the other hand you can file Domestic Violence case and claim maintenance etc.
