Name correction in document
Sir my mother's name is Raakhi Sinha, while in my all documents it is written as Rakhi Sinha. I got a late registration of my birth in 2011 ,there also it's written as Rakhi Sinha as per matriculation certificate. I have applied for various competitive exams, including UPSC based on sane name Rakhi Sinha. What should i do , if in future there is a need to produce my mother's document with mine, like in case of insurance, lineage , national population register etc.
