Meri shadi ko 3saal ko 3saal ho gaye aur ab mera divorce mutual understanding se ho raha hai meri shadi me karib 20lakh kharch hue the meri ek 2sal ki beti hai me bas ye Puchna chahti hu k me un logo se kitne pese maang sakti hu aur kya mujhe mera saman vapas mil sakta hai?

alimony का अमाउंट कई बातों पर निर्भर करता है जैसे की आपके पति के पास कितनी संपत्तियां हैं, उसकी वर्तमान आय क्या है, उसके पास जमा पूंजी कितनी है, बैंक बैलेंस क्या है, क्या क्या संपत्तियां हैं, जिम्मेदारियां क्या हैं, अगर तुम बेटी को रखती हो तो उसके लिए कितना अमाउंट होगा, उसकी शिक्षा, शादी, रहन सहन का खर्चा कौन उठाएगा आदि बहुत सी बातें हैं,
पूरी जानकारी के लिए कॉल कर सकती हो,
mutual divorce फाइल करने से पहले एक अग्रीमेंट जरुर बनवा लेना और शर्तें उसमें लिखवा लेना ताकि भविष्य में कभी कोई दिक्कत न आये
