property rights of women when she is in live in relationship

In the case their is a man and women which is in live in relationship the man is already marrried with another women ,the man who live with a women in live in relationship has about 30 years So at this time the man ignore the women, don't give money for her monthly expenses as well as for future the women has no any source of income . also from the live in relationship women gives birth of 2 boys that is the man who committed with women in live in relationship is a father of that boys.so my question can women and her children get the property from men legally after they breaking a relationship?

1. as you are in live-in relationship with a marriad man, you are not entitled to his property but both sons of yours are legally entitled to claim the property from their biological father.
2. you can file a domestic violence complaint or maintenance case on behalf of yourself and sons

yes mam you can file complaint agaist them . you have right to property or maintenance from such person . file suit for maintenance under sectio 125 of crpc
