Now my querry is society Maintenance charges is charged by sq.ft. basis with all expenses and other charges like sinking fund , property tax etc. but as per maharashtra act by laws it should be in PER UNIT Wise. In my shopping complex there are majority small area shops only 4/5 shops are above 500 sq.ft. I know some expenses are on sq.ft. basis or some are unit wise so how can i complain in society to take right way legal action. There are 265 shops in complex. I already complained 1/2 times but they ignor to proper reply and in writing they told me we will charge in your meznine floor also. I don't have any maznine floor in my shop but devided in two parts upper and ground by builders only and already paid taxes in B.M.C. with permission. it is only 1/4th devidation upper side .
