Respected sir/madam,
I am vinodh 2years back I had invested 8lakhs with my friend and he promised me 3% per month after one year as he promised he returned the money back with interest
later last year he asked me 20lakh out of his loyalty I had given money without agreement
now he is strictly saying that he cant pay my money back.
can I launch a case against him? I don't have an agreement I only have call voice record and video records
kindly help me

A.dear client in your matter You should give a complaint with police against him of cheating.kindly go throught local criminal court lawyer.
