My father death by motor accident, my case is running by govt. Lawyer. Criminal appointed lawyer from his side. My question is- can I appoint my personal lawyer? If yes, how many fees for lawyer or any option for adjust his fees from when I get this money from court against this case? I am can't be afford lawyer fees. Crimal suggested me, close this case he offer me rs.50,000/- for closing this case. Please suggest me what I do? Can possible more money will I get?

A.Dear Sir,
An accident results in two cases one is criminal case and you need not bother about it. Second is claim petition wherein you will get minimum Rs. 5 to 50 Lakhs as your father died in the accident. Never accept to compromise. Insurance Company will pay your compensation and if there is no insurance the properties owner of the vehicle will be attached.

A.if you are unable to pay the lawyer's fee approach the office of concerned District Legal services Authority, from where you will get a lawyer on state expenses,
search NALSA on google to get complete details,
you can directly ask the court to appoint a lawyer for you on state expenses,
