Double registration of plot Double registration of plot

There is one house of 150 sq yds and a plot of another 150 sq yds, totalling to 300 sq yds, both belonging to my great grand father Ghulam Moinuddin, who has expired.

Ghulam Moinuddin has 4 sons, 3 already expired, my father being fourth son, is still alive.

We were living in our ancestral house since 1970, have been paying electricity bill and taxes, both in name of Ghulam Moinuddin, got all the receipts with us.

In 2010, we purchased open plot from his elder son's siblings.

Now in 2018, one person bought both house and open plot (already registered) from second son's siblings.

What should be our course of action considering we are living in the house and still have the possession since 1970. Also same plot is double registred.

Kindly help

A.dear client in your matter I suggest to you that you don`t do anything now and wait for action from other side. If you are to act and file suit for setting aside that second registration, you will have to bear burden of court fee.
