Propert Document Issue
My mother wrote and registered the WILL that present living plot with house is for me after her death. The identity details given in the WILL are correct like she is the wife of X.. daughter of Y..etc.. But the problem is in the original property document which is written in 1975.. by mistake it is given she is the daughter of Z.. means father with family name is wrong. So i think after her death there will be problems for the property to get registered in my name...since her father's name with family name is different from one another in WILL and property document. So i want to know what legal steps to taken to avoid this issue.
A.Dear Sir,
