HUF INHERITANCE PROPERTY

In mediation all the parties agreed to share the inheritance property & FDP also completed. There is slight changes in the boundries . what to be done to this.

A.dear client in your case You can make a deed of rectification and get it signed by all the members of the HUF. This deed of rectification will act as corrigendum to the original deed.
