I am a Govt servant,My date of joining is 3rd January 2011 Monday 1,2 January was Saturday and Sunday weekly off I was not given increment on 1st July because of not completed 6 months but Govt office memorandum 13/03/2009 it is clearly given if 1st January being gazetted holiday or weekly off the 1st working day of the year will be a granted and is eligible for promotion so PL help me and give your support Thank you
