False accusation of attemp to rape

A 18+ girl has put false allegation of attempt to rape on my uncle. The parents of the girl was not willing to report to police but later they report to police under influence of a political leader. Now my uncle is in police custody. What can we do?

A.Go to the HC u/s 482 for quashing if it is a false case
