My uncle is in jail under 409
He is builder and he faces some problems by his clients
Metro and session court rejected his bail
Now case is in high court
How can he get bail

A.Pray for bail after furnishing of chargesheet is done.

A.Bail in case of Sec 409 is very difficult almost impossible. The better way is to start the trial as early as possible and if he is innocent then he should be out sooner or later. Trying in High Court for bail with some strong reasons may work
