Stop divorce

My husband applied for divorce and I am fighting it from past 3yrs. As I thought he will change with time, I still dint applied counter or any other cases. Recently judge counselling also over but he dint changed. Now to one of our uncle he said that maintains CE hardly 5000 rs will be granted if she applies I will give that but I don't want to stay with her anymore. He is too much money minded. So I was worried when he told that he is ready to give money for maintenance. His monthly income is 1lakh. I want to go to his home and stay with him. Some are saying filing maintenance case won't help. If I file DVC and 498 some are saying he will never come back. Will there be any right for me that even though if I file all these houses, can I still go to his home. Actually our inlaws used to stay with us and because of him only me and my husband have problems. My husband is mon kid. Now their parents are not worried about their son's life. They are thinking about their secured life with my husband. My husband told dat if his mom accepts, he doesn't have problem. But his mom is not accepting me. Now what can I do. She injected all poison to him by telling about me. What can I do so that I can go to his home or they can come to me. Please help me
