Can a Public Educational and Charitable trust give power of attorney to maintain and manage the trust for 3years ?

A.Dear Friend,
There is nothing of that sort of provision provided in The Indian Trusts Act, 1882, so its not possible. If it was observed it was given it should through proper procedure of the court only
