I m wife of Mr. sharma. My house is in my name but husband is paying installments. What r the chances to get this home. My father gave 10lakh to purchase this house without any receipt.

A.Since the house is in your name then you are the owner of the House. If your husband stops paying installments in that case bank may croak the property to satisfy its debt.
