i am hindu women and i want to take divorce from my husband as 1 year is not completed for my marriage so cant take divorce but if i will change my religion (coverted to muslim) than i can get marry (nikaah) to my muslim boy friend plz seggest me

A.Dear,
First you take a mutual consent divorce, it will take 6 to 7 months to get divorce decree
then convert yourself from hindu to muslim
after that go for nikaah

A.Two things
1. Marriage without previous divorce is void.
2. Change of religion for the purpose of getting married is disallowed.

A.After completing one year you can file divorce petition. After getting divorce you can marriage with ur bf till not possible
