Case status in Supreme court

Dear sir/ma'am, I had filed SLP in supreme court few days back and I got diary number. While searching for case status, in "case details" it is showing "PENDING" in right corner. Why? though we have cleared the defects and refiled it in SC. Please let me know why it is showing still pending? Please note that before refiling, it was showing "case under defects list" but now it is showing "pending".

Due to so many reasons the online details may not be updated so it is better to check with your local lawyer in New Delhi and physically verify the Court records.

A.If the case was showing under defects list that means that such defects need to be cleared and refiled.
If after such refiling the status is showing pending that can mean two things
1. The refiled case is under process [wait for sometime]
2. There are still some defects to be rectified.
If there is still a problem then you should talk to the advocate who has filed and refiled this case and know the status.

A.No need to for it just file speedy trial if it is necessary then it will be possible

A.So pending means case is pending in supreme court have you got a hearing, it can also mean pending stage where they are checking whether defects are removed properly or not. Ask your advocate more.
