I am currently working in Infosys Ltd.I have applied for TERRITORIAL ARMY which is a government job.for the interview purpose I need a NOC from employer but they are not ready to provide.

A.Employer can't b forced to give NOC because ultimately they would have to suffer. That's the main reason Army asks for NOC as u would b required occasionally to b absent from your job with the employee and also Territorial Army do not provide permanent employment.

A.Dear Sir,
Your intention is appreciable and your company is bound to issue NOC. However if you make issues with company your survival in the company will be in danger.

A.Two things

1. See if there are provisions in the employment or service agreement with Infosys which prevents you or them.
2. If not, then, send them a legal notice and before that try to solve this amicably.

A.Hello.
Congratulations for this success.
However, they cannot deny you a NOC. Infosys generally has a lock in clause in their agreement. So in case, there is any such clause, also there has to be a way out of it. check for that and then deal with them. But that sure that theyc ant deny you NOC.
