It takes lot of work and there is no way to check such bogus companies. You should be very careful in dealing with such companies.

A.Dear Friend,
I can be able to help you more once I see the contract.
Few areas to look whether company contract is fake or not?
1. First look for existence of the company.
2. See the bank account is in the company name or personal name if you are asked to send money.
3. Look for online reviews of that company and its prospectus.
4. See that company name is registered in ROC of companies under any of the existing categories or not?
Finally, make sure you have JURISDICTION to file in your area of residence and not only in the area of COMPANY Premise location, else you will lose opportunity to represent your in court incase of dispute.
Also, if there is ARBITRATION CLAUSE, pls check SEAT OF ARBITRATION is within your reach and money
