We have 3 property.

1. Is on my grandfather name. (We r living
in it)
2. Is on my mother name. But grandfather
purchased on mother name (rented)
3. Is on Father name. (father self purchased only land)

Now my mother died
My grandfather died

Only my father alive.

Now problem is that my father is telling that he will give all property to my sister and kick out me from all these property. He will transfer all to my sister.

My question is that.

Can he do so without my consent/signature.

Do I have any right to fight against him regarding my grandfather and mother property.
