I given amount to Sunil Kumar by card for his car diesel and also through Google pay and also he taken mobile loan in my name and he promised he will pay loan amount every month for mobile loan and later he escaped with mobile neither he didn't my money and also he didn't pay mobile loan but he taken mobile on July 31st I traced his house but he harrested me in public.. some public person took me to hospital doctor given some medicine after then to escape from this incident Sunil taken fever tablet and I hospitalized him and I spent money for him evening Sunil wife came to hospital. Her name Sudha he black mailed me Sunil got kidney problem I should spend money if any thing happened him u r the responsible...but with out informing me they shifted hospital later on Sudha said she will give money she will pay for mobile loan she will responsible but later All number got switched off and home also shifted later I traced New house I gone on 25aug evening Sudha hold my hair and she pulled me inside They closed All window door and main door They brutally beaten me in instrument and I got nervous and I got wound in my wrist and they damaged my mobile and they used abuse words and actions and bad behaviour.Before IAM going to police station they went to police station they given complaint against me..I Black mailed them... they didn't damaged my mobile ..next day NCR complaint has raised from my end.Police said they will call next day but next day We went they are two damaged mobile one is me and one is Sunil took your mobile so I opened both the cover I saw my mobile full pieces mobile is there And police saying I damaged Sunil mobile also ...I don't know how because I never ever touch his mobile ... police saying come on next month 10th how careless police handling...Plz give information how to file fir against four persons.. what are the section against them...
