I filed SC ST attrocity case on a person. Now that person has accepted and realised his mistake and come for compromise. How do I take back the case,?

A.Dear client,
You filed SC/ST case against a person now you want to withdraw the same case, But you must know this will not work as this Act's offences are non-compoundable or compromisable, only option is non support of trial and before that quash by H.C. of your State. For any doubt or guidance you may have consultancy on line from here.
Thanks

A.Dear Sir,
You can turn hostile saying that due to misunderstanding of the facts you lodged such complaint and accordingly the accused may be acquitted.
