A.Hi
Divorce within 6 months of Marriage, is very rare, and only on extreme cruelty proved in court or such circumstances.
After marriage, at least one year has to complete, before filing a Divorce Petition.
Based on the facts, circumstances, if Mutual Consent divorce (If Both parties agree for divorce) - 6 months and Above. Cost 50K to 3 Lakhs
Based on the facts, circumstances, if Contested ( One party disagree ), may even take more than 2 years and Above. Cost 50K to 3 Lakhs

A.Dear Sir,
You cannot get divorce that easily unless it is mutual divorce and cooling period of 6 months is waived by Court.

A.If both husband and wife agreed for divorce then file a joint petition for divorce by mutual consent. And minimum one year separation is required for filing mutual consent divorce petition.
And both the parties required to wait one year from the date of marriage.
In mutual consent divorce two important things are child custody and alimony matter , every thing is fixed by both parties free consent.
Mutual consent divorce takes 6 months time. And cooling period for mutual consent divorce is 6 months.
Otherwise file contested divorce petition.
And fees vary from lawyer to lawyer.
