Muje or mere 3yrs k bete to mere sasural wale bahot marpit karte hair.. mera or bachhe ka kisi bhi tarah ka kharcha nhi uthate.. dahej k liye pareshan karte hai.. mayke se paisa lekar avo.. khana nhi dete bachhe ko or muje 3-4 din tak bhukha rakhte hai..Ab mai mere mayke aa gayi hu bardast k bahar last 4yrs se parshan kar rahe hair... pls help mere mayke walo k paas utne paise nhi h mera ek hi bhai h woh bhi hendicap pls help... leaglaid k thrue vakil mila us k paas sab mEre case k paper hai but vakiL hearing date par dono baar court nahi aaya pls advice nd help...Na woh vakil ph msg ka reply deta hai...

You can engage a new counsel. You can raise this plea in the court as well as all your files are with him and the counsel is from legal aid. And in addition to this you can complaint to the legal aid from which you have engaged that lawyer.
