sir i am gautam das i lived in bandel .we have our own house in bandel to my fathers name but my father dont live with ours and told that i sell the house so what can i do that my father dont sell the house without knowing us or what is the way to save our house we are four members in family my mom i,and my elder brother please help

A.If it is self acquired property then not possible just you can file suit for joint family property.

A.Dear Sir,
If it is his self acquired property you cannot prevent him. However one alternative way to prevent is to file a suit by your mother saying if the property is sold she will be on streets or you may file a suit saying that it was earned by joint efforts of all the family members.
