Mutation issue Mutation issue

I purchased a piece of land 1 and 1/2 katha in 2011 and i want to complete the mutation of it but when i visited nearest BLLR office 2 years ago they said only 12 chatak is available for mutation and when i visited there some days ago that nothing showing in their record for mutation.
So please guide me how to deal with it.

A.dear client in your mutation issue This is quite surprising. It seems that have been some mistake or something wrong has gone with the records. You should take a lawyer with you and visit the BLLR office to ascertain what has happened.
