1 student has taken a room on rent and sign a rent agreement for 11 month of RS. 50 stamp papaer and it was arrested by notary . In rent agreement it is clearly mentioned that tenat can not vacant room before 11 month and after that he can vacant after giving one month notice.

And he has to deposit one month security amount but after passing 6 month he has not paid security amount and when landlord asked for security deposit tenant is saying that he will vacant room by today without giving notice as well as compensation.

So please suggest that what should we do in this case.

A.Nothing will happen for long term. Let him vacate the room. Ur agreement is not registered presumably.
