Dear sir, father made will against his two sons.after death of elder son younger brother sold the three shops without the consent of successor of elder son.however in will half of the property should be divided to each.what legal steps should be taken.pleaseadvise

A.You can take action against them . Go to the court or file suit for injunction immediately

A.File suit in appropriate Court and seek injunction against him for prevention of further such activities. You can demand partition n separate possession of father's properties
