Sir my dad passed away in sep 11 2019. And he is a state government employee in Telangana state. My mom is first wife and 3 sons. My dad have a relationship with widow lady and she already got a girl child from her first husband. She send a legal notice to department and collector and MRO That notice mentioned please don't give benefits to first wife without settle my matter and don't give family members certificate to his first wife. And the department stopped the process of benefits. Is that lady have rights to stop like this and what we have to do next.. please give best suggestions as soon as possible.... Bciz we have a chance to get job also your answer is helpful to me thank you

A.Dear Sir,
Second wife has no such right. Please approach Civil Court or High Court and get appropriate order in favour of your mother who is first wife of your father.

A.Govt may not take such unilateral action without substantial proof and validity of relationship. Plz approach appropriate authorities and also Court of Law in this regard. Thanks
