just want to know if I can move Armed Forces Tribunal after my case is dismissed in SLP and Review in Supreme Court.
The armed forces tribunal was formed after my writ petition was dismissed in the high court. i approached a military advocate and he took fees and signatures and filed SLP in supreme court instead of filing appeal in AFT.
I have not availed writ appeal after dismissal of writ petition in high court due to my advocate wrong advise.
Please advise.
