Defrauded by amazon

I ordered a phone from amazon on EMI from amazon, they delivered the wrong and cheap product and refuse to return/replace my item despite there being replacement/return guarantee. I reported my problem to their expert team and they said they won't return/replace it but keep charging me money for the emi.

A.Send legal.notice n subsequent consumer complaint if problem is not resolved on Notice. If need b plz contact
