Court Fee Court Fee

Hi! I have a civil suit going against a party for a property of amount Rs. 70 Lakh. But the party just did a court contempt by putting property as a collateral for a loan. I am planning on filing a contempt of court but I was told that court fees would be about Rs. 90,000. Is this correct? If no then what should be the correct fee and How to calculate it? Thanks!
