What is to be done now

1) First marriage nulled( through mutual divorce) as the bride was schizophrenic. Has one daughter from this. 2) 2nd marriage done. One daughter from this marriage now adult. Bride found involved in multiple relationships and suffering from personality disorder( prescriptions availble) and finally left us three years back after writing a letter mentioning that she is leaving forever and we are not to be blamed for anything. she has actually married someone. We have proofs - photographs sent thru watsapp and fb. 3) Till now no intimation sent to local PS as we were trying for reconciliation which has failed. My daughters are with me and they support me and they want this marriage to be nulled at the earliest. Otherwise there is peaceful life for both of us. Question :1) Whether I should inform the local PS by email saying that the person is NOT staying with us. I hope this will not precipitate the matter and give any edge to the bride for creating trouble for me 2) What is the harm if I continue like this ? I have no plans for marriage etc 3) Can I file case for decree of divorce only with those watsapp ( not clear pictures ) and fb clear pictures. 4) Can she trouble me by filing case ( cooked up) u/s 498 A and what will be my postion then . My daughters will say the correct postion and support me. 5) I am giving some small amount to her mother directly regualrly/monthly.. Should I keep record of the same and how should I pay the money ?
