Need to know regarding alimony

Hi sir, I want to know if a person is earning 75,000/- per month then how much a court decides alimony at the time of divorce. I m 29 yrs and have a 2 yrs old son. Plz advice ... alimony calculation of judge as per law.

A.Dear Client,
There is nothing as such defined percentage for fixing alimony, however, generally court fix according to living standard and liabilities e.g., if any child as yours, hence in your case should be mini. ₹15000/- to maxi ₹25000/-, if his other liabilities are therefrom his family members, then amount may decrease.

A.It will be depends upon all expenses. Or medical. Or whatever may be you will need to pay 1/3 of salary to ur wife as a maintenance

A.It depends on several factors such as income of person, number of dependents on him, present expenses of wife n children including medical expenses n past and present lifestyle of both sides among other factors
